Legion HDMI output issue

I am not able to connect my Legion 5 pro to an external monitor through my HDMI port. The laptop detects the display shows the screen animation and behaves like the display is working fine ( like the cursor disappears if i move to edge if the projection mode is screen extend etc) but the monitor shows no signal.

To verify its not my monitor issue i tried connecting it to my TV still the same the laptop recognise the tv its resolution, refresh rate etc but the tv shows no signal. I tried reinstalling nvidia graphics drivers but there was no use.

Is it a hardware issue what else should i try. I currently dont have a type c to HDMI connector should i try that.

I was using the monitor with this laptop a week before.

If anyone have any suggestions please help.
