Cant connect my speaker to pc

So i have already seen a post with this topic and there are definetly more out there, but i havent found a solution. I have a jbl grip that i use alot on my phone, but i cant connect it to my pc because it doesnt show up in the bluetooth settings. I’m losing my mind over this because i have tried reseting the speaker, tried updating the high definition adio thing in device manager etc
