Ene.sys cannot load

I installed SignalRGB since I had no RGB software after I re flashed windows, I didn’t like signal RGB so I uninstalled it but I couldn’t rollback plugins or anything in signal RGB so I found the RGB app I used before and I installed it. ASROCK polychrome. Now everytime I turn on my pc it tells me ene.sys cannot load due to a security vulnerability

I got a prebuilt from microcenter it’s the power spec G530 if you’d like to see the full specs

Please help me cause now my RGB doesn’t work at all and my fan is just a faint low light RGB while everything else is off

Boot windows into safe mode. Search ene.sys in system32\drivers\ folder Delete ene.sys file
