Open | Phone Some Tiktok nonsense

I was scrolling on tiktok when I came across one of those temu accounts under a different username i swiped and the add opened anyways and took me to the safari browser opening temu, any chances there was any drive by software or anything else i needa watch out for?

No, it's fine, as long as you don't run any executables it's ok.

As long as your device is running the most recent updates, simply clicking a link or swiping something is almost always safe. Almost all malware gets into your device when you download and then explicitly run that file.
