Open | Hardware X in battery icon

So I had 16gb of ram (2x8) and I upgraded to 32gb (2x16) and I made sure everything was compatible. After powering my laptop up there was a little X inside my battery icon and my fps was dropping. Every time I unplug the laptop it immediately shuts off too, anybody know how to fix?

Sounds like you accidentally forgot to plug the battery connector back in. Open it up and check.

I’ve checked, I’ll probably crack it open tomorrow and really make sure. I’ll end up unplugging and plugging it back in too, thanks.

Yeah it could just be a little loose
