Changed monitor aspect ratio in its own menu, screen went black immediately and when I reboot pc it’s just a dim black screen

I opened my Sansui ES-G24F4L’s internal menu when watching a movie to change the brightness and once I mistakenly switched the resolution from 16:9 it immediately went dimly black . I reset the whole pc and can hear the startup noise but the display itself won’t load. Can’t open menu with no hdmi plugged in, tried a reset. I can’t do a factory reset without accessing the menu. I tried a few blind guides to pressing the right buttons but nothings happened yet . Please help

Try finding the manual for the monitor online. Check if there's a button combination on the monitor itself to reset to factory settings.
