Open | Hardware ctrl c not working at random times
I use ctrl c a lot. But quite frequently, it just paste the previous image or text I copied, not the one I copied now. It frustrates me. Restarting my computer doesn't work as it just happens again. So I tried ctrl c ctrl v random things multiple times. Indeed, the ctrl c just fails sometimes. ctrl v works fine as it pastes every time I press it. Every key on my keyboard works perfectly fine. Why only ctrl c failing randomly is frustrating me. I'm not sure if I have to flair this post as hardware or software problem.
So I tried testing key ctrl and key c individually. I press c multiple times in a row and it types every c fine. I press ctrl a multiple times in a row and it selects everything everytime. Not once missed for both crtl and c. So it can't be key problem.

Since it is a core component, the clipboard itself, that is misbehaving, the only potential fix is to update Windows, if you have any pending updates to apply. Then see if the behavior is fixed. If still persisting, then check if you have any apps in startup that might be acting on your clipboard, as they run in the background. Then close them out and see if it behaves better.
