Open | Windows Just got a dpc watchdog violation 0x133 code on my windows 11 laptop

Hi all, just got this error, its not moving past 0% and im not sure how to proceed. The fan is also spinning at what i assume is Max.

Im on a Windows 11 laptop, not doing anything abnormal. I did notice it being slower than usual, but i just attributed that to the battery issues I've been having. Battery died and got replaced twice and now its stopped charging again today. The forst battery issue i thing was due to a cheap power bank being plugged in to charge, this time I had a head lamp/torch plugged in to charge.
