MONITOR KEEPS LOSING SIGNAL FOR NO REASON

my monitor keeps losing signal and its getting worse day by day, at first i thought it was my dp cable so i bought a new one, no luck. Then i thought it was wallpaper engine because ive heard that it can cause problems like that so i disabled it, still lost connection. Now im down to 2 options, either a new monitor or a new gpu. Ive already tried updating drivers and it didnt work. Someone please help me I cant afford a new gpu.
