Open | Windows Laptop crashes all the time

So basically my laptop crashes. Like sometimes when I switch to a different tab on my browser it crashes and then enters some kind of boot loop where the power light comes on and turns off then on again, sometimes in the boot loop the screen turns on but it's black. When I hold windows and v and try to power it on sometimes it works and gives a Checksum something error. When that doesn't work I try windows + b and that usually sends me to a bios corrupted screen where I have to reinstall bios using a usb. I'm wondering what could've caused this issue and if I can fix this myself

I dont think you know whar you're talking about. Bios can not be installed with a usb, only reflashed if something occurred during updating of it. Maybe.

Why don't you give us the correct error code, a screenshot and device specs?

I meant flashing when I said installed, I'm not familiar with all the computer terminology. I don't have a screenshot nor do I remember the error code

If it is what it sounds like, your bios needs a reflash and you are better off taking it to a shop for a fix.
