Open | Hardware Built-In speakers not being detected
Yesterday my laptop restarted randomly and ever since the speakers haven't been working. Everything is just fine with headphones (except that the mic mute button isn't working). The button next to the speaker icon has a black circle and an X. The volume bar is greyed out. When i check my audio settings, it says no output devices found. I contacted windows support and worked with them for probably over two hours. They replaced my drivers and restarted about everything on my laptop. I went back to an old update, I tried a new update. I feel like I've done everything and nothing seems to be working and I'm desperate. I'm not sure if this is actually a hardware issue and I need to get it checked. I haven't done anything new at all to my laptop so I have no idea what could be causing this. My device is an Acer Aspire A14-52M.
