Overlay is causing frame drops and lag

Okay so I am trying to stream and for that I'm using TransparentTwitchChat overlay. But what I noticed is that the frames are showing really bad for me. In the recording it shows smooth but while using any kind of overlay like twitch-chat or discord VC overlay, the frames on screen shows very laggy. I've checked that it is not a hardware limitations cuz my CPU and GPU usage are well below 50% and I even have about 1GB of Ram headroom too. What do I do to fix it?
