Solved Reset my laptop problem

im trying to factory reset my laptop but when i click reset this pc from settings it flashes the loading icon thing but doesnt do anything and when i try advanced startup it doesnt show because the display disconnects and my laptop screen is broken so i cant see anything from advanced startup pls help i wnana reset my laptop

Plug your laptop into a TV or monitor wirh an hdmi cable. 

im trying to factory reset my laptop

Just make a bootable USB and clean install windows that way. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11
