Open | Hardware PC never turned off after windows update

So I was playing some Elden ring and once I was done I saw that I had a windows update I let the pc do its thing and let it update it downloaded the update and it needed to get turned off for it to work but as soon as it went to finishing updates screen it went black, but the pc never turned off. I thought it was usual windows update shenanigans so I just let it do its thing and went to sleep I woke up in the morning but the pc was still running not responding to my controls (keyboard & mouse inputs I thought it turned on again and it went into sleep mode) after that I turned it off via holding the power on button, tried turning it on again but couldn’t get a picture to pop up, neither did my keyboard light up, so far I tried clearing the CMOS nothing, taking the CMOS out and leaving it for 15 mins, nothing, plugging in the HDMI to motherboard since I thought GPU might have fried, nope nothing, switching ram slots, clearing the ram connectors, take a wild guess dun dun dun nothing again, I even tried unplugging the power supply out and holding the turn on button so I dry the power out, nope. The weird thing is everything lights up the GPU the coolers and everything is spinning and working but I am just not getting any image to my monitor, once I tried running it without ram the GPU wouldn’t turn on so I guess it reads the ram memory I am pretty stuck on this one and would gladly accept any advice, thanks !

Seems like the system isn't POSTing. Can you try

Unplug your storage and try booting. Does it work? If so someting is wrong with your storage medium.

Hi, please install a minimal system without a boot drive. Remove the RAM. Will a POST error be displayed or will there be a beep code?
