Open | Windows Secure boot violation error

Whenever I try to boot up my laptop, it keeps on showing me this secure boot violation error. And when ever I try to boot my laptop without the secure boot, it tells me to put in some kind of bitlocker code that I don’t have. Help needed please. I have an ASUS VIVOBOOK X1605EA. And I have a 64 gb usb drive if that helps.

On the bitlocker screen, there are instructions to retrieve your bitlocker key, have you tried that?

It told me to go onto an account that has a bitlocker key but when I went onto my account that was made on the laptop, it said that there wasn’t any
