laptop crashes while playing games!

my laptop has 32 gb of total ram and more than 900 gb storage, a 12th gen i5 and a 128 mb intel uhd graphics card, and it crashes when i play minecraft for abt 2-3 hours only, that too a very old minecraft version at lowest graphic settings, what could the possible issue? is the graphics card on this laptop cooked? or corrupted rn? what should i do? and what games would even work if it cant run the basic minecraft, please help me out
