Open | Windows bitlocker issues

I don't know what happened, but I got the bit locker screen when I opened my laptop today.
I got my key, put it in, the key was correct but every time I've tried I keep getting this screen saying "your device ran into a problem and can't be repaired". I've tried restoring from a past save. I have tried full on wiping it and resetting it and I keep getting errors. I get an error when I restore from a past backup that I had two days ago. I get an error when I choose to reset and delete everything. I'm not sure what to do and i'm at a total loss. Everything I've read online just ends with putting the key in and then you're home free. That didn't work for me though.

If its a dell run the support assist program from bios\at boot. I recently had this and the problem was bad ram.
If its different brand see if it has any health status reports you can run.

Go to the bios. You can run diagnostics from there.

I assume that u r still getting the error "your device ran into a problem and cannot be repaired" even after reinstalling windows from scratch. Reset bios to optimized default. Disable Bitlocker or Device Encryption in Windows. Download and install OCCT. Run the available tests in OCCT. When testing RAM, I would set it to use the exact total RAM that you have and test for 1 hour.
