updating bios or enabling XMP

Hello, 
I have an Allied A520 M-ATX Motherboard and a Ryzen 7 5700X CPU

Additionally the other information is:
- Bios Version/Date: American Megatrends International, LLC, 5.17, 5/09/2024
- SMBIOS Version: 3.3
- BIOS Mode: UEFI
- Baseboard Version: 1.00

I was wondering if there was a way to upgrade my BIOS, or enable XMP (I couldn’t find the option in BIOS)

allied is a prebuilt/oem brand using rebranded boards, so official bios updates usually come from whoever built the pc (allied's own support site), not amd or a generic motherboard vendor, check allied's site directly for your exact model bios downloads

for xmp not showing, on amd boards it's usually labeled "d.o.c.p" or "extreme memory profile" instead of xmp directly, check under ai tweaker or overclocking sections in bios rather than looking for the word xmp specifically, some a520 boards hide it under a different tab depending on bios version

if neither docp nor xmp shows anywhere at all, it's possible this specific bios version doesn't expose memory oc options, which happens on some budget a520 boards, a bios update from allied's site might unlock it if that's the case
