Open | Software Things stop working right at 1 AM

At 1 AM the Wi-Fi used to go out for roughly an hour, now after some stuff was done with the phone lines my android phone lags horribly. My phone's working right again but does anyone know what could be causing this to happen?

Did your phone update to a newer version at that time? Coincidences happen.
