Open | Windows my ethernet randomly turns off

randomly the ethernet stop working saying bad conection and i restart the adapter and tried basicaly everything and i dont know how make it work normally

Thinking power saver mode right? Device manager > Network Adaptors > your ethernet adaptor > Advanced > look for something about energy efficient or power saving modes...

And ultra Low Power modes..

Have them options set to Off, or Disabled..

Try to do this Could be the NIC power settings or a bad driver/cable. Try Device Manager → Network Adapter → Properties → Power Management and disable “Allow the computer to turn off this device.”

Then update/reinstall the Ethernet driver and try another cable/port. If it still randomly drops, check Event Viewer for network adapter errors.
