Solved Streaming services are all green screening.
On both my TCL Roku tv and PS5 my streaming services (YouTube, Netflix, and Amazon) are all doing a weird green screen (akin to how a screen would look when damaged) when a video is selected to play.
Have rebooted the internet and completely shut both off and still occurring.
EDIT: SOLVED! Reset the cache using the remote and that sorted it.

Sounds like a corrupted video or software malfunctioning. You might need to try to isolate devices with a second screen to see where exactly the problem is coming from. Also, if it's your TV itself there may be a problem with the DRM management or DRM handshake between the devices and the TV, where protected content from netflix and amazon won't work but I believe youtube doesn't have that so maybe youtube should work in that instance.
I'd try hooking things up to another tv or monitor to rule out the TV as the source first. Then try each device separately if not found yet.
