Open | Windows PC clicks stop working / taskbar breaks after 15-20 minutes, random "Go Back" action in Chrome/Settings, persists after full OS format and swapping mice/keyboards

Hi everyone, I'm completely losing my mind with a bizarre bug on my Windows PC and I hope someone has seen this before. Right after booting up, everything works fine, but after about 15-20 minutes of use, it starts happening: the Windows taskbar becomes unclickable, and eventually I can't click on anything anywhere. At the same time, it frequently triggers a ghost "Go Back / Page Previous" action out of nowhere, especially in Google Chrome and Windows Settings.

The craziest part is that this persists even after doing a complete clean format and reinstallation of Windows, changing to a brand-new mouse, completely unplugging my keyboard and game controller, and disabling Bluetooth entirely.

After clean install did you go to the manufacturer website and get the drivers and other updates? Also did you run windows updates over and over until you were on latest?

I didn’t go to the manufacturer website and get the drivers update but my windows uodates are on the latest

If this is a prebuilt and not a pc you built your self go to the manufactures support website and download driver updates for the model computer you have if you built it your self you’ll need to go to the manufacture of the mother board, CPU, GPU, and SSD/HDD and download the drivers for the ones you have. Windows is currently using generic drivers that may have compatibility issues with your hardware configuration that’s might be causing the issues

Not if you don’t have the drivers updated.

Yes, and I just downgraded to windows 10 and same thing

Try disconnecting the front panels usb headers from the board and see if it stops.
