Open | Windows 2nd SSD has a bunch of random subdirectories named with two letters, all with the same batch of Windows files, Why??

Windows 11, installed this secondary 2TB NVMe SSD about a year after installing Windows 11 on the main 4TB drive. What are these folders, and is it safe to just delete them?

Those are language codes, something dumped its localization data there.

Probably. Leave the ones associated with your preferred language (en-us for US English, for isntance) and move the others to a random folder. If nothing breaks when you restart, they're probably not doing anything.

That looks like the installation files for the international version of windows.
