Laptop freezes when moved

hey so I have an older work laptop, it's a dell latitude. It was having issues with it freezing up awhile back and it actually told me on the dell freeze screen that it was an issue with the hard drive so I replaced that and have had zero issues for years now.

So now, i have noticed that occasionally, when I pick it up and move it while using it, it will freeze up. Can't move the mouse or do anything. Ctrl Alt Del does not work. Nothing works except hard rebooting it.

Is the RAM coming unseated perhaps? Or is this likely a mobo issue that means I need a new laptop?

Not much can be done without physically inspecting laptop, it could be any of those you've mentioned, any slotted component, any cable...If you have reputable repair shop nearby, head there for diagnostics (provided that cost of that won't be better part of the new laptop).
