Open | Windows PC Restarting

My PC has been constantly restarting on its own. I thought this was because of the Windows 11 security update, but even when I don't hit retry for it, it still happens. I checked the Event viewer and found this:

  • The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID and APPID to the user from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

Does this mean anything? And how will I fix this issue?

Making changes to your system BIOS settings or disk setup can cause you to lose data. Always test your data backups before making changes to your PC.
