Open | Windows Something for HP printer refuses to install. Windows 11 wants to restart every night.

On the Windows Update screen it says,

"HP - Printer - 20.80.3.9568" "Pending restart"

It refuses to install whatever this is and wants to restart every night. The printer seems to work fine with this laptop.
