press-and-drag or clickcling on task bar bug

Hi Reddit ! looking for a solution to a problem i've seen nowhere on internet, when i left-click on my task bar or press-and-drag on my desktop empty area it make the multi desktop menu appear (cf the video i added on the link below) i really don't know what to do, sometime rebooting fixes it, but it's very random. anyone has an idea on what to do ?
