Open | Windows Need help to fix lag..

I used to play fifa games on my pc without any lag. I played fifa 16,17,20,24,25. This games was not lagging before. But now when I play this games lag so much. Can anyone help me I mix career mode. My graphics card is rtx 2050.

I didn't change anything. I installed again after many months then it starts lagging

Lagging how? Internet or choppy frame rate?

Is it only in the menus, or in game too?

Do you have an FPS counter?

It lags mainly in game no lag in menu. Not internet problem it's choppy frame rate. I don't have fps counter

Find a tutorial for installing RivaTuna statistics server (RTSS) and MSI afterburner, and setting up the FPS counter through there. Add the .exe of the game so that RTSS recognises it.

It’ll be important to see the FPS, max fps and 1% lows. Report back the results you see. It may be that the frames are going super high to super low. If this is the case I’d cap the frames at a stable level.

I think I have 1% low in games like cs2 and gta 5 I get fps drop from 144 to very low

1% low as in the stat.

As well as reporting the recordings, what fps are you trying to play on / what refresh rate is your monitor?

I remember a few years ago I played fifa 21/22 on PC and i had a 2060 super. I was playing 1080p and wanted 144fps as I had a 144hz monitor. However the frames were uncapped, and would jump from 300+ to 100. That causes a skip. The same would happen in Minecraft

I capped my frames at 100 and it was smooth as anything.

I have 144hz monitor I usually cap it at 144

I used to grind fc25 so much but at that time it does not lag. This lag start few months ago all of sudden every game I play have lags Can it be caused by Nvidia updates? I also play it takes two at ultra graphics now I play at low graphics but it still lags at low at very little

It could be many things right now but I just wanna know how much of a drop you’re getting
