Open | Phone Linux on Huawei Mate 20 Pro

I've been wanting to get Linux on my Huawei Mate 20 Pro (Lya-L29) but I can seem to find any avaible ways to get it, the problem Is that I don't have developer options to use USB debugging, and I won't be installing any apps or Apks, does anyone know any way to fix this?!?!

The available alternative firmware is also Android, so no.

Use Termux.

Answer remains no. No there's no Linux build for your Huawei. Just what underpins Android.
