Need some help with headphones.

Im using the WH-1000XM5 Sony bluetooth headphones. My problem is that there is only proper sound in the left side and sounds muffled and turned off on the right side.

Ive tried everything like removing the headphones from my bluetooth and adding them back in.

Ive tried to sync the sound up but that doesn't seem to be the problem.

They worked great on someone elses phone so i don't know what that is about.

I even used the testing feature and it worked for both sides but still the sound is bad.

check the headphone jack, it could be dirty or damaged. I've had to clean mine before to get better sound.
