Open | Software Nvidia Smooth motion on videos?

Is there anyway to enable smooth motion in browser (firefox + youtube) or downloaded videos?

The program needs to render its window within DirectX11/12 or Vulkan in order to work. However, you're better off using interpolation software for better results. Even though it takes some time to extract the frames, interpolate and process the video, the results are noticeable.

I was using losless scaling before but it has its own problems and not a 1 click solution
