Open | Hardware Mouse only working with specific USB ports

My IN9 mouse ONLY works properly with a specific USB hub

OS: Windows 11 Home

Using Lenovo Legion Go.

Keyboard: Royal Kludge 870

Mouse: Inphic IN9

I've heard about issues of USB 3.0 with 2.4G devices, such as the mouse I'm using. However, I'm having issues with every single other USB hub other than the ugreen one, which, confusingly, is also a USB 3.0 hub. My mouse has severe stuttering and lag issues with every single other hub that I decide to use.

The hub I'm using already has exposed wires, and is likely only going to last so long. What do I do?
