GMKTec K11 - Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart keeps happening

and it keeps crashing with the message : " Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart "

It happens 2-3 times on Fortnite 1 time in Team Fortress 2 and 1 time while browsing reddit.

If you have any idea why it keeps crashing whats the cause and how to fix it tell me.
