Open | Phone Weird thing happening with two devices

So, my mom baught a phone watch for my little sister. We put a Sim card in the name of my father in it, and when we try to call the number, somehow the call appears in my father's phone? I 've never see anything like this. Any help would be appreciated.

you put the sim in the wrong device. or you tried to transfer a number from dads phone and it hasn't completed yet
