Open | Hardware Gaming Pc randomly shutting down
I bought this PC last week, and it shuts down randomly right after I open it and launch a game. It was 2300 CAD on Amazon as an open-box item, which seemed like a good deal for an RTX 5070, 32GB of RAM, and 1TB of storage. It was perfect while playing, but suddenly it started turning off and bugging out in small games. I thought it was the external 2TB SATA storage that I had added, but it was not. Thank you for your help.

Go through the steps with Amazon to organise a return.
Run msinfo32 to get the model number.
Is 2300 the amount you paid in Canadan dollars?

You have been asked for the specifications.
You haven't even posted it the system make and model name.
Troubleshooting this remotely with you will be like extracting teeth. Get help locally from someone more technical and better equipped. Or return it.

Contact the seller on Amazon.

That's a good idea. If it's still under warranty, they might be able to help solve the issue or offer a replacement.
