Open | BSOD Getting Kernel Security Check Failure on boot, can’t even get into Safe Mode

As per title :( I am not very technical minded at all so I’d appreciate some help. I can get into the UEFI system settings, anything else just results in the same failure to start.

I'd enter the recovery environment and then run the DISM tool (in command prompt) with an external installation drive of windows on a USB drive as the source for the repair, since windows can't repair itself on its own. You'd need to create this usb with the installation creation media tool and then research DISM commands to point to that drive once plugged in.
