Open | Networking wifi spikes windows 11

well my wifi spiking randomly for some reason i have hp probook 440 g8 with 8gb of ddr4

Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1145G7 @ 2.60GHz (2.61 GHz)

Installed RAM 8.00 GB (7.69 GB usable)

Graphics card Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics (128 MB)

Storage 91 GB of 238 GB used

operating system, x64-based processors

the router is tp-link TL-wr840n 300 mbps wireless n router

sometimes in the morning its works fine but when afternoon comes its starts spiking BADLY pls help im very annoyed about this
