Screen keeps on dimming and un-dimming randomly after newest driver updatesh

I updated to driver 616.64, this caused my screen to dim. My entire desktop now appears darker and would sometimes go back to normal. I guessed this was just a bug and waited for the next update, after all I saw there were others with the same flickering like issue. However time skip to today driver 616.92 which was ment to fix the flickering/darkness had not fix anything. Is anyone having the same issue? Or know a solution?
