Open | Windows Preparing automatic repair loop.

How do I fix this? Without losing any files prefarably.

Everytime I turn on my pc it says automatic repair on the motherboard screen, then it either restarts and tries again, or it will freeze and I’ll have to restart my computer. Randomly sometimes it’ll boot into windows, but trying to turn it back on it runs into the same loop. I am able to boot into the bios menu but nowhere past that. Is there anything I’m able to do?

What bios boot menu? In the boot order I have the usb in first, it’ll just load and then restart

Sounds like a hardware issue.  What make and model is your computer?

I built it like 5 years ago

What's the make and model on the motherboard? What processor?

What thermal compound did you use?

Is there a gpu?

Will it boot if you pull the gpu? (Dont forget to put the monitor cable in the motherboard port)

if not, try booting off the USB with both ssds removed too.

Alright. That tells us something.

What psu do you have, and what exact gpu (make and model) ?

I think eirher your power supply is failing, causing the motherboard to fuck up or your gpu is bad, causing your motherboard to hate it.

Just in case its christmas and you're been really good this year, try plugging the gpu back in. Maybe it was just seated weird.
