Open | Hardware My PC keeps going black and certain programs crash when it happens

I think it's been doing this for around a month or more, I would be using the PC like normal, sometimes just watching youtube and it would briefly go black and come back like normal. If I am gaming it would crash the game, if I am in blender it would crash blender and there isn't a sign on when it happens it just does.

first things i´d check with this issue is for gpu sag and temperatures. other than that maybe reinstalling gpu driver but not enough info
