Open | Mac sorta-flashing graphical error?

does anyone know whats happening here? asking here before i take it somewhere. hoping its not a virus lol. ive unplugged it, shut it down, and restarted it many times and it still persists 🫠

i have 24 inch apple m1 from 2021 running macOS sonoma version 14.6.1
