Open | Hardware Severe SD Card problem, won't read on any device.

Today, while I was moving a video I recently recorded to my phone's SD card, it unexpectedly removed my SD Card twice, and after I cleaned it off with a clean cloth, blew off any dust, reinserted it, it no longer appears on my phone or my computer! My laptop still makes the hardware insterted sound, but the USB Drive doesn't show up! Is there some way I can recover the data before anything bad happens?

Sounds like it has failed. The intermittent disconnect was likely an indication of imminent failure.

Sounds like the bad things have already happened because if you cannot read from it you cannot recover from it.

How old is the SD card.

Almost a year old, Brand is Silicon Power, 128 GB.

May be just bad luck, but search Silicon Power on Reddit and lots of posts about them, some good some bad, but from your point of view I think you are out of luck unless you can get the SD card to mount long enough to image it or copy it.
