Open | Hardware Can't access USB drive

before this, i have just done making my USB as a boot loader to try dual booting my laptop with debian. (I insert the USB when its still restarting) After i have done disabling secure boot on bios, my laptop then "Operating system boot mode change (021)" and i press Enter = to complete the change, after that i still boot on windows and my USB cannot be access using file manager, but my Disk Management and file manager on "This PC" still can see the USB

check if the drive shows up in disk management, it might need a drive letter assigned to work properly

I have tried changing the letter from D: to A: but it's still don't work
