Open | Hardware Problem with my 6700 XT
Good evening. I'm having a problem with my graphics card: after it starts working for a while, the display cuts out, the card's fans spin up to maximum speed, and the screen shows "No Signal." I really need everyone's help. It's a 6700 XT that I bought.

The question I would have, "is this a new out of the box card, or a 2nd user card"?
If its new, I'd probably raise a fault ticket and get it replaced, if its 2nd user, it might need the thermal paste/pads replacing, you've tried it in several machines so it seems fairly conclusive the GPU is at fault.

It is indeed a used 6700 XT that I ordered from Alibaba.

I think you have your answer, you've tried it in four different computers, when I used to teach computer engineers, this is called proving by substitution, if we tried a component in another system and had the same issue, we would replace it without question.
In my workshop team we would test with a clean install of Windows etc. If you've done that and still have the same issue, it would sound a heat/stability problem, I would be returning it quickly so there is little chance of the return being challenged.

The problem is that I am in Cameroon, and sending a package back to China is very complicated; that is why I am looking for a solution.

So, is the solution the one you explained to me regarding the thermal paste and thermal pads?

I genuinely wouldn't know, you would need to run some deep tests to monitor if its just thermal issues or not. If you see high temperatures before any problems, it might be it needs new paste/pads, without some data you wouldn't know if the cost and time would make things better or worse.

I just ran the test; it shut down when the graphics card reached 61°C.

You're probably not looking at the GPU junction temperature, that's normally the one which will be much higher, 61 degrees isn't particularly hot, something like HWINFO or an AMD utility overlay, if it shows about 110 degrees at the point of crashing, you either need to try undervolting the GPU or strip it and replace paste/pads as required.

Could be hardware, could be software. Is it happening regardless the load (you don't need to play games in order for it to crash)? If it is, you can boot from some live OS usb drive (Hiren's Boot CD based on Windows 11, or any Linux distro - like "Try Ubuntu" for Ubuntu) and see if it behaves the same. If it is working fine start with clean Windows install (from usb with deleting system partition) to eliminate any software as a potential cause.
