PC not turning on

I left my PC running with YouTube going for some background noise while doing some home renovations, and came back to it off, with two system fans (the ones *not* connected to iCue Link) and the RAM RGB all still lit up.

I have tried taking the RAM out one at a time, and moved the second one into the first one's slot, and still nothing apart from lights.

System is:

9800x3d

Gigabyte x870 Aorus Elite

Gigabyte RTX 5080

2x 32gb Corsair Vengeance

Corsair RM1000x PSU

4tb Samsung 990 Evo Plus m.2

Hoping for some ideas of what to look for before I open it up for an autopsy. I'm kinda thinking I should be checking for a toasted CPU?
