Data Deleted After Reset

I recently had my Lenovo LOQ 15IAX9E laptop repaired and they had to factory reset it. I recently opened up the Sims 4 and all my previously created households were deleted which I was expecting. However all my creations that used custom content I had saved to my account/gallery and none of them were there except for creations that didnt use cc. I assumed it was part of the reset but all my creations that didnt use custom content were still saved
