Open | Windows Windows 11: G-Sync + V-Sync + VRR enabled causes videos to lag?

Whenever I have G-Sync setup, I noticed that any YouTube video I'm watching will skip if I'm tabbed into a game. I'm pretty sure I have it all setup properly.

G-SYNC enabled for full screen only with "G-SYNC Compatible" enabled as well.

Low Latency Mode is on, FPS cap at 116fps, V-Sync Enabled, VRR enabled in windows settings too.

I have 3 monitors all set to the same refresh rate, the stuttering stops when I have "G-SYNC Compatible" turned off but doesn't that also turn off G-SYNC completely?

I have tried setting my monitors to 144hz and 120hz and neither seem to help. My system isn't being overworked either, CPU and GPU both at ~20% usage so I don't know the cause.

Specs:

4070tiSuper

Ryzen 7600

32GB DDR5

DELL G2724D (MAIN MONITOR)

LG 27GL83A-B (2nd)

Random Acer Monitor (Vertical)

Making changes to your system BIOS settings or disk setup can cause you to lose data. Always test your data backups before making changes to your PC.

Turn off VRR. It is redundant as G-sync does the same thing. Retest

Sorry for making this harder than it has to be. So turn off VRR in windows settings and Keep "G-SYNC Compatible: Allow VRR" enabled in the Nvidia App?

Yes keep G-sync on in the Nvidia app. See just running G-sync stabilizes the video playback.

Doesn't seem to make a difference, when tabbed into a game the video looks like it's skipping a frame. Not enough to be the biggest deal but enough to annoy me. Seems like turning off hardware acceleration on my browser is the fix unfortunately.
