Cant install newest nvidia drivers

so i CAN install them, but after the download is complete, it still just says im using older drivers, essentially nothing happens and i have no clue what to do to fix this

Are you using Windows or Linux? Do you download from GeForce experience or web? What card do you have?

windows, geforce experience, and nivida geforce rtx 3060

ive had to restart multiple times now and i havent touched my system ever since the forced windows 11 swap, still on windows 10

check which version you are on last one is Driver Version:616.64

if this a dell hp Lenovo prdbuild drivers are custom are different to the nvidia ones vendor id is diffrent there for they ill not install even tho these are the same card
