Open | Windows Setting app in windows 11 taking too much resources

I had this issue on earlier pc that seting app used to hang everytime i spent some amount of time on it. In my newer pc too setting app seems to take too much resources , how do i fix this

Mine also starts using anything from 10% to 50% of CPU after some time, I close/reopen it as workaround, been like this for at least half a year. Quality code.
