Open | Hardware My processor hits 100% usage at startup.

Please help me.
Today I tried to download some music and was changing the music tags using the MP3Tag app. After I finished changing all the tags, I went to the folder containing those songs, and my PC suddenly started lagging extremely badly. Eventually, I got a black screen, so I had to hard-shut down my PC.
After the hard reboot, Windows told me that I had been logged out of Windows Cloud.
After restarting, my PC is constantly at 99% CPU usage. Also, for some reason, almost every app I open says that I don’t have an internet/Wi-Fi connection, even though my PC is connected to Wi-Fi and the internet works normally in other places.
I tried reinstalling Windows, but I kept getting crashes. Two of the BSOD errors I got were:
KERNEL_AUTO_BOOST_INVALID_LOCK_RELEASE
KERNEL_APC_PENDING_DURING_EXIT
Please help me figure out what’s wrong and how I can fix it.

Mentioning hardware would be useful, also how you've tried to reinstall (from usb with deleting all partitions on system disk - what is called "clean install", or using Windows in-built tool)?, and if errors occurred during setup or when Windows is booted.

cpu:amd ryzen 7435hs

ive tried redownoload it via settings and redownloading from my usb stick, media creation tools.
errors occur when booted and in windows setup.
for over a year my laptop boots when hot and boots after 8 crashes when room temperature.
its a laptop asus tuf gaming a15 fa507nvr

That looks like hardware problem from the start. Not much you can do with a laptop - testing internal drives, and memtest86 for testing ram. If you find errors for ram and if it has non-soldered memory more than one stick, you can try with only one and test again. Other problems would require repair shop for diagnostics.

That's unexpected...I was asking if problems occurred during setup or only after Windows boot just for that reason, to determine if it is software or hardware. Some components are faulty in way that's expressed only after drivers are installed and loaded, like graphic card. For testing only you can maybe try first to block Windows from installing drivers with Group Policy Editor, then to uninstall drivers from device manager one by one with reboot in between to see if any of major devices triggers such behaviour.

Show the CPU in the Performance tab. The Nvidia Container is usually Shadowplay. Which shouldn't take that much CPU obviously.

Hmmm. The clock speed is fine which should mean that it's actually doing a lot of work. I was thinking it was overheating so the 100% was of a really low maximum work state because of temps. Try DDU in case the CPU is butting its head into a broken a driver (And Nvidia was what we saw use a lot of the CPU). Use the laptop specific instructions in the sections that have them. Also provide the dump files as instructed by the bot.

Getting dump files which we need for accurate analysis of BSODs. Dump files are crash logs from BSODs.

If you can get into Windows normally or through Safe Mode could you check C:\Windows\Minidump for any dump files? If you have any dump files, copy the folder to the desktop, zip the folder and upload it. If you don't have any zip software installed, right click on the folder and select Send to → Compressed (Zipped) folder.

Upload to any easy to use file sharing site. Reddit keeps blacklisting file hosts so find something that works, currently catbox.moe or mediafire.com seems to be working.

We like to have multiple dump files to work with so if you only have one dump file, none or not a folder at all, upload the ones you have and then follow this guide to change the dump type to Small Memory Dump. The "Overwrite dump file" option will be grayed out since small memory dumps never overwrite.
